Welcome to Feelin’ Beachy, a family-friendly 3-bedroom beach house in Crystal Beach TX on the Bolivar Peninsula. Just a 2–3 minute walk to private beach access, this cozy coastal retreat features a large deck, spacious outdoor hangout area, and an optional golf cart rental to explore the beach and neighborhood. One of the best things about Crystal Beach is that you can drive your vehicle directly onto the beach with a Bolivar Beach parking sticker.

Feelin’ Beachy is located in Crystal Beach, TX on the Bolivar Peninsula, just minutes from restaurants, shops, and the Galveston ferry. Nestled in the quiet and desirable Dunes neighborhood, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience.  Just a 2–3 minute walk (or even quicker golf cart/ATV ride) to the beach with private neighborhood access,  perfect for family vacations, girls trips, fishing trips, and beach getaways on the Bolivar Peninsula.

🚨 Optional Golf Cart Rental Available Enhance your stay with our 4-seat electric golf cart — available for $150 per day with a $200 security deposit. A signed rental agreement is required, and before/after photos must be emailed to b4graceproperties@gmail.com. Cruise the beach in style!

Current Golf Cart Note:
The golf cart is currently running and charging properly; however, the parking/emergency brake is not working at this time. The cart is still available to rent, but guests must park only on flat, level surfaces and take extra care to make sure the cart cannot roll into a vehicle, person, or other property. Please do not park the cart on inclines. By choosing to rent the cart, you acknowledge that you have been made aware of this issue before use.

The bright and welcoming living space features cozy seating, coastal decor, and plenty of room for everyone to gather after a day at the beach. Enjoy smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, board games, puzzles, and a DVD player for family movie nights.

Feelin' Beachy comfortably sleeps 10 guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, perfect for families or groups of friends.

• 🌴 King Suite
  Features a spacious king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Inside the closet, you’ll also find extra blankets and pillows for added comfort.
• 🌺 Bedroom 2
  This room includes one queen bed and a twin bunk bed, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. Ideal for kids or a small family.
• 🌊 Bedroom 3
  Features one full bed and a twin bunk bed, also sleeping up to 4 guests.

The two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom equipped with a combo shower/tub, sink, and toilet.

Each bathroom is stocked with:

• Shampoo, conditioner & body wash
• Towels, hand towels & washcloths
• Hand soap & lotion
• Makeup washcloths
• Hair dryers
• Starter supply of toilet paper

All bed linens and pillows are provided, so you can pack light and relax from the moment you arrive!

Included amenities:

• Full-size appliances + dishwasher
• Cookware, utensils, and cooking spices
• Blender, toaster, griddle, and hand mixer
• Dinnerware, serveware, wine glasses, and cutting knives
• Drip/K-Cup combo coffee maker
• Starter supply of K-cups, ground coffee, tea bags, and stevia

We also provide a few essentials to get you started:

• Dishwasher pods
• Laundry pods
• One roll of paper towels
• Some toilet paper & trash bags

GUEST ACCESS: Self Check in with Igloo smart key lock box. Your code will be provided the day before arrival. The guests will have access to the whole house including the garage minus the owners closet inside of the house which will remain locked (located at the end of the main hallway, please do not tamper with this door).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 

Some beach towels provided for your convenience.

Laundry: Washer and Dryer provided

Garage: Available for use. You may use any of the beach toys, chairs, kayak, beach tent, anything in the garage can be borrowed and returned. Please make sure the garage door is always shut and locked.

Guests at Feelin’ Beachy enjoy exclusive neighborhood beach access, available by foot, golf cart, or small ATV only.

Want to drive your vehicle onto the beach?
That’s easy too! Just head to the main road, turn left, and take the next left to reach the public beach access, where you can drive and park right on the sand.

💡 Note:
A $10 annual Bolivar Beach parking sticker is required for vehicles on the beach. You can purchase one at most local stores in Crystal Beach—or from the attendants who frequently drive by on the beach.

🐾 Pet-Friendly – Your Furry Friends Are Welcome!

We’re happy to welcome your well-behaved dogs at Feelin’ Beachy! Please review the following pet guidelines to help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

• Maximum of 2 dogs per stay
• Pets must be supervised at all times – please do not leave them unattended inside the home
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets, both indoors and outdoors
• If your pet has an accident, please notify us right away so we can help ensure proper cleaning

📌 House Rules – Please Read Before Booking

We want every guest to have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay at Feelin’ Beachy! To help ensure that, please review the following house rules:

🚭 No Smoking Inside the Home
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in additional cleaning fees for odor removal, ductwork, and upholstery.
You are welcome to smoke outside — please extinguish all cigarettes fully and dispose of them properly to prevent fire hazards.

🎉 No Parties or Events
We kindly ask you to treat our home with care and respect. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted. If authorities are called to the property for any reason, guests may be asked to leave without a refund.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Maximum of 10 Guests
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests — no exceptions. Due to the septic system, no more than 10 people are allowed on the property at any time, including daytime visitors.

👥 Guest Requirements

• The primary renter must be at least 22 years old
• ID verification is required
• The renter must be present at the property for the entire stay

📷 Security Cameras for Your Safety
For your peace of mind and property security, there are two exterior cameras in use:

• A Ring Doorbell at the front door
• A Ring Floodlight Camera over the driveway
  These are set to snooze notifications during your stay and are never used indoors.
